Please read these terms carefully before using GospelKingz.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GospelKingz ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all these terms, you may not use the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GospelKingz. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
- You may not create accounts for others without permission
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Artist Terms & Content Upload
By uploading music, artwork, podcasts or any content to GospelKingz, you:
- Represent that you own the copyright to the content or have a valid license to upload it
- Grant GospelKingz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, stream, and distribute the content on the platform
- Agree not to upload content that violates any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- Acknowledge that your content may be removed if it violates these terms or our DMCA policy
- Confirm that all uploaded Gospel music aligns with the platform's Christian values and community standards
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may NOT use GospelKingz to:
- Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Upload blasphemous, pornographic, hateful, violent, or illegal content
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Spread false information or engage in fraud
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
- Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
- Impersonate other users, artists, or public figures
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the stated price in UGX
- Payments are processed securely by Pesapal or GoSentePay (Mobile Money)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion for genuine technical issues
- Premium song purchases (one-time unlocks) are non-refundable once the download has been completed
7. Artist Verification & Royalties
Artist verification is subject to admin approval and a one-time verification fee. Verified artists receive benefits including featured placement, analytics dashboards, and royalty-eligible streaming. Royalty rates and payout schedules are determined by GospelKingz and may change with notice.
8. Advertising
GospelKingz displays advertisements through Google AdSense and direct banner placements. By using the platform, you consent to viewing ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
GospelKingz is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. You use the platform at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GospelKingz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Uganda or by binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
